A stone's throw from the property, the village of Conques is one of the most beautiful in France. Its 11th-century Romanesque abbey, cobbled lanes and medieval treasury make it an unmissable stop.

From river swimming to hiking trails, Aveyron offers an exceptional natural playground in every season.
The Dourdou and its swimming spots, 5 minutes on foot. Clear water, natural beaches, flat rocks to dry off in the sun.
The GR65 (St James's Way) passes through Conques. Trails for all levels: family walks, wild gorges, panoramic views.
Aveyron's roads were made for cycling: light traffic, breathtaking scenery. MTB trails wind through the surrounding forests.
The Lot river is a few minutes away. Canoe and kayak hire to paddle between gorges and hilltop villages — one of France's most beautiful rivers.
