How much does a night at Lalalandes cost?
For the whole house (up to 6 guests): €170 per night in low season (October to March, outside school holidays), €200 in mid season (April to October), €220 during French school holidays and long weekends, €250 over the Christmas holidays (4 nights minimum) and €350 in high season (early July to mid-September, Saturday to Saturday). How can I check if the cottage is free on my dates?
Free dates are shown in the calendar on the Rates page and listed as plain text on the Availability page, updated automatically. Booking platforms do not always show live availability.
Do I have to pay online to book?
No. You send a request from the Rates page and Pierre replies within 24 hours to confirm the dates and the price. No online payment.
Where is eco-lodge Lalalandes located?
In Conques-en-Rouergue, in northern Aveyron, 7 minutes from the UNESCO-listed village of Conques, in the heart of the Dourdou valley. More on The Place.

Is there a pool and when is it open?

Are the sauna and Nordic bath included?
They are included in high season and over the Christmas holidays. The rest of the year they are available as options (€40 for a weekend, €70 for a week, each). Everything is explained in our article on the Nordic bath.
What is the minimum stay?
Two nights minimum, four over the Christmas holidays. In high season (early July to mid-September), the stay is 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday. Details and availability on the Rates page.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 5 pm, check-out before 11 am.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own large towels for the swimming lane and the Nordic bath. A drying rack and washing line are available on site.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed at Lalalandes.
Can we hold a party at the lodge?
No. Lalalandes is not designed for group parties during rentals. The lodge welcomes up to 6 guests, family or friends, including over Christmas and New Year.
What is there to do around Conques and Lalalandes?
Plenty! Visit Conques and the surrounding area, discover the most beautiful villages of France in Aveyron, go hiking, and enjoy the river and waterfalls in summer.
Can you swim in the river?
Yes. The Dourdou gorges, a 5-minute walk from the lodge, have natural swimming pools that stay cool even in high summer. See our guide to summer in Aveyron.
When is the best time to visit?
Every season has its charm: summer for swimming and the pool, spring for nature, autumn and winter for the sauna and Nordic bath on a wellness weekend.
